As a Designer/Builder, we control the entire process from design to permits to construction to final walkthru. This process starts with a Detailed Estimate and Preliminary Contract. Next comes a Layout Meeting for 3D Designs (if the layout is changing) and a Material Selection Meeting with our in-house Estimator / Designer.
After budgets and designs are finalized, we have a PCM (PreConstruction Meeting) with you and our crew (managers, electrician, plumber, foreman, etc.) at your home to review all details of the project. Our Project Manager and Coordinator handle the daily management of your project once it gets started and we talk to you at least twice each week to make sure we stay on the same page. All of our employees are actual employees of the company, so we tend to be a little more organized. We send out weekly schedules every Sunday evening, so you have an idea of what we are doing.
Once we complete your project, we do a final walkthru to make sure you are thrilled about every aspect of your remodel. Our goal is continued business, so your satisfaction is important to us.
